In the event that you received a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Within 48 hours of receiving an item, you can return or exchange it by contacting our customer service team at Pastline Technologies. In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange or return. All returned items must be in good condition and not have been worn or damaged. It is necessary to keep all labels, packaging, and invoices in order to complete a successful return. Any of these items that are missing may prevent returns from being processed. Please contact our support team within 48 hours if your item does not arrive in original condition or is missing parts.
Return Process

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, such as e-books and software, cannot be returned or refunded once they have been viewed or downloaded.
